Three new tenants have taken up residence in Manchester's Sharp Project - visual effects companies Barefoot VFX and HG Films, and web design agency Sizzle Media.
Situated in Newton Heath, the Sharp Project is managed by New East Manchester and offers approximately 200,000 sq ft of office interior space to more than 20 clients at present.
Steve Thorncroft, deputy chief executive of New East Manchester, commented: "To have filled this phase before the building work is complete is excellent news and clearly demonstrates there is a high demand for affordable office accommodation in this sector."
He added that the premises offer a "unique hub" for digital and creative companies in the north-west and provide super-fast broadband connectivity as standard.
Elsewhere in the city, Muse Developments recently announced the letting of office space at its Anchorage Quay development to Morgan Sindall and Reeds Rains.
The pair have taken on 13,500 sq ft of office space at the premises, which is situated in Salford Quays.
