Barteak Developments has announced a new tenant has moved into modern office design space in Solihull.
Local newspaper the Birmingham Post reported the company's Avon House site has become the new home to Barloworld - one of the UK's leading supply chain management companies.
The firm has taken on 3,809 sq ft of office interior space on a five-year lease.
Helen Bates, office manager at Barloworld, told the publication: "We have already received many compliments from our clients and suppliers on the quality of the building, location and the positive impression it creates."
Elsewhere, the North Devon Gazette recently reported that Barnstaple police are to open a new office interior for staff at St John the Baptist Church Hall in the town.
The move was helped by funding from a number of local organisations, including Tesco, Wickes, Countryside Developments and the Station Masters Cafe, plus the church itself.
