The Norfork and Waveney Mental Health Trust has taken charge of new BREEAM Excellent-rated office interior space in Wymodham.
Situated at Gateway 11 Business Park, the property is to become the new base for the trust's community health teams and was opened by former Norwich City goalkeeper and manager Bryan Gunn.
Jonanthan Stewart, strategic estate manager for the trust, said: "We are grateful to Wrenbridge for having met this challenge for Unit 1, Gateway 11, by employing a variety of environmentally conscious strategies."
He added that green issues have been high on the agenda for the trust in recent years.
Elsewhere, the Kings Cross Central office construction project in central London is set to get underway in the coming months and its developers are aiming for a BREEAM rating of Excellent.
Completion of the project has been earmarked for 2015 and will see the delivery of up to 430,000 sq ft of new office interior space for the capital.
