Central Manchester University Hospitals NHS Trust has announced plans to move its main offices to a new development in the city.

Crain's Manchester Business has reported that the trust is to take on a ten-year lease for 7,267 sq ft of office interior space with Madison Place at its Central Park development in east Manchester.

Owned by Ask Developments, in total the business park offers 1.4 million sq ft of office space.

Leon Guyett, senior development executive at Ask Developments, said: "The combination of tailored office space, location and the forthcoming Metrolink extension has proved to be a real draw for interested occupiers."

Elsewhere in the region, Liverpool's Strand House has announced that it is offering cut-price office interior space to companies looking to relocate to the area.

LDP Business reported that the building contains in excess of 20,000 sq ft of grade A office space which is currently available for rent.
