Nik Nak Manchester HQ for sale
Office design news from Morgan Lovell

The former headquarters of clothing retailer Nik Nak in Manchester have been put up for sale following the company falling into receivership.
Crain's Manchester Business reported a £1.8 million bid for 59/61 Mosley Street in Manchester city centre by the company was rejected by the firm's joint administrator Landwood.
The property is currently mortgaged with investment bank Santander for £3.05 million. However, the firm noted it will accept bids beneath this valuation for the modern office design building.
"This is a prime city centre location and a wonderful investment and development opportunity," said Landwood director Richard Parkinson.
He added that the building has an existing income stream from its current tenant recruitment firm Rullion, which occupies the ground floor.
Landwood provides property disposal and winding up services. Its other properties that are currently being marketed include 43 Cheapside in Liverpool, B1 Waterfront East in Dudley, Bonum Court at Silkwood Business Park in Wakefield and Unit 2 at Owlers Ings Road in Brighouse, West Yorkshire.
