Commercial property consultancy DTZ has announced a pair of new office deals in the north-west.
The company has advised on the purchase of office design space at Tustin Court in Preston, while the firm also played an instrumental role in Mott MacDonald's acquisition of Springbank House at Station Road in Manchester, Crain's Manchester Business reports.
In total, Tustin Court offers 7,516 sq ft of office space, which is presently occupied by Manchester and District Housing Association on a ten-year lease at £10 per sq ft.
Springbank House provides 14,947 sq ft and will see Mott MacDonald expand the premises, including the creation of a new annexe to house the company.
DTZ was founded in 1784 and is headquartered in London, although it now operates offices in 43 countries around the world.
The company was originally set up in Birmingham, but moved to Cheapside in London following its name change in 1853 to Debenham and Tewson.
