Pennant Information Services has signed up to move into new office space at Orbit Development's Parkway Business Centre.
The company is carrying out an office relocation programme to take on 4,310 sq ft of office space at the premises, with the firm transferring 40 members of staff to the site over the coming months, Crain's Manchester Business reports.
Tom Daniels, Pennant's operations manager, said: "We wanted to relocate our Manchester operation to a more convenient location and we chose Parkway House due to its close proximity to the motorway network, Manchester Airport and the city centre."
Orbit presently operates properties at Parkway Business Centre in Manchester, Tytherington Business Park in Macclesfield and Middlebrook in Bolton.
The company was launched in 1970. It specialises in design, multimedia and technical services, including e-Learning, computer-based training, graphic design and documentation.
