Law firm Norton Rose has seen some significant benefits to its business in recent months after moving to a workspace that incorporates some of the latest office design strategies, according to reports.
Until the early part of last year, staff at the company were dispersed across London but now the benefits of the new modern office design have become apparent and cohesion across the workforce has been increased.
Since the move to the south bank of the Thames, Norton Rose has been able to retain almost ten per cent more of its associates than was the case when its operations were less centralised, TheLawyer.com reports.
In light of the success the relocation has had on the psychological state of its staff, the international business is planning to exploit the potential of contemporary office interiors.
Norton Rise recently revealed its intention to provide millions of pounds' worth of legal help to the UK government as it aims to improve the sustainability of various development projects in South Africa.
