A Norwegian energy firm has entered an office layout in Norwich, it has been revealed.
Moves by Oceanteam have seen it take up the Lakeside 200 building at the Norfolk city's Broadland Business Park.
The office layout will be the home for the offshore specialist's new geosciences facility, Business Weekly reports.
At present it contains 15 members of staff however by the end of 2009 this is estimated to rise by up to 70.
Chris Anderson, general manager Oceanteam, said: "We carried out extensive research into a site for our new facility and chose Broadland Business Park for several reasons.
"Its position is ideal for both road links and proximity to airports, such as Norwich International and Stansted."
Overall, the facility provides office interiors of 10,000 sq ft spread across two floors, as Mr Anderson went on to praise the various sustainable office design features provided incorporated into the development.
Last month, the Alan Boswell Group revealed it is to conduct an office refurbishment in Norwich as it looks to take up an additional office interior of 5,000 sq m.
