NSS secures Edinburgh office interior letting

Property consultant CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) has secured a new office interior letting for NHS National Services Scotland (NSS) in Edinburgh.

NSS will take on 11,367 sq ft of modern office design space in Gyle Square on South Gyle Broadway on a 20-year lease.

The company is paying approximately £19 per sq ft in a deal which was successfully brokered by CBRE.

Stewart Taylor, director of CBRE (Scotland), commented: "The current climate means that deals have become more complex as both parties seek to protect their future positions. In these tough market conditions landlords and tenants have to be prepared to be flexible to prevent deals floundering."

Meanwhile, The Hub in Glasgow recently announced that lettings at the business centre have exceeded 50 per cent opening in February.

The development is situated at Pacific Quay and recently opened a new onsite cafe for the use of all the new companies operating there.
