Plans for a new office design and build project in Nottingham have been put forward.
Developer Studon Holdings hopes to gain permission to build at the site which Skyscraper News claims it bought in 2003.
The area, in Nottingham's Lace Market District, would see office refurbishment work carried out on existing buildings, while new structures are also set to be built.
However, the protected status of the land has cast doubt on whether planning permission for the new project will be granted.
Should the development go ahead, a total of 9,713 square metres of new space would become available, the news provider claims.
Alongside the construction of a new office building and alteration of existing facilities, the company hopes to gain permission for a new car park at the site.
The developer has previously sought permission for the development of new office space at the site, but these requests have been refused.
