Formerly known as Latitude Red, the property has been rebranded No1 Leeds by its owner IVG.
The property provides 122,000 sq ft of office interiors and is presently being marketed by Knight Frank.
Situated on Whitehall Road - a ten-minute walk from Leeds railway station - the property has been described as "the best in Leeds" by Matt Mason, director at IVG.
He told Insider: "We have got the best office space in Leeds with the best green credentials. Show me something that is better. That is why we are called No1 Leeds."
Elsewhere in Leeds, a campaign has been launched by a group of activists keen to provide cheap community office space in the city centre.
The group plans to form a cooperative to deliver affordable office space for businesses in need in the region and is currently in the process of raising funds to do so.
