Office construction work has begun for South Rings Office Village in Preston.
The £8 million project will see the development of up to 60,000 sq ft of modern office design space and is expected to house more than 500 workers when complete.
In total, 23 units are being built at the property, which will be situated along the M6-M65 interchange.
Roundhouse Properties director Jeremy Lefton commented: "We are committed to providing prospective and current tenants with a property solution that gives their business the platform for growth."
He added that the company is already receiving enquiries from possible tenants at the site and is hoping for great success in the future.
Elsewhere in the region, accountancy company CLB Coopers recently announced it has moved into new premises at Ship Canal House in Manchester.
The firm presently employs 110 members of staff and has moved from its former premises at Century House in St Peter's Square.
