Office expansion work has been carried out at Centurion House in Deansgate.
In total, space for 70 new workstations at the property has been created - representing a 47 per cent increase in office interior space at the premises.
Overall, the building offers three floors of serviced office space, as well as a further nine storeys of conventional office accommodation.
Andrew Butterworth, sales director at the owner of Centurion House, said: " Demand for our serviced offices has always been strong and this centre has been near to 100 per cent occupied for the last six months, despite the fact that we added over 40 workstations only last May."
Elsewhere, Swedish banking group Handelsbanken recently announced a relocation to new office interior space at the Deva Centre in Salford.
The company has signed a ten-year lease for 2,000 sq ft of grade A office space at the property, which is a grade II-listed building and former brewery.
