A regeneration project has been proposed which could see Staffordshire be redeveloped.
Plans have been proposed by developer Urbed for a multi-use facility around Stoke's Station Quarter, reports the Sentinel.
As well as ideas for retail facilities, eating and drinking establishments and residential apartments, office design and building opportunities have been outlined in the Stoke Links project.
Stoke-on-Trent City Council cabinet member for city development Mervin Smith said the initiative shows a "mix of high-quality public space and commercial development".
David Rudlin, director of Urbed, also told the newspaper that the project is aimed at linking the station with the city centre when it is finished in around 2021.
A consultation has been released for members of the public to have their say on the plans and closes tomorrow (March 22nd 2011).
This comes after Specific Media UK and Farrsight set up offices at Cotton House in Manchester, according to Free Office Search.
