Office interior lettings at Boulton House

Property investment and asset management firm St Martins and CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) have joint let office space to two new tenants at Manchester's Boulton House.
Situated in the city centre, training company JHP Group has signed a five-year lease for 1,344 sq ft of modern office design space at the premises, while i2i - also a training business - has signed a five-year lease for 3,927 sq ft.
Kirsty Lockett, surveyor at office agency CBRE north-west, said: "Piccadilly and the surrounding area have undergone extensive regeneration over the last few years. The area is becoming increasingly regarded as one of the city centre's primary business locations."
Elsewhere, the 2009 Office Market Review from CBRE has shown Manchester was one of the best cities for office uptake in the last year.
Will Kennon, associate director of CBRE, noted demand had been "robust" and the city saw 830,000 sq ft of office lettings throughout 2009.
He also claimed the call for quality office space remains positive in 2010, although just 30,000 sq ft of new uncommitted stock is scheduled for completion this year.
