The £7.5 million Olympus development in Swansea has recently been completed and is now looking for businesses wishing to take on office interior space in the region.
The three units - ranging in size from 9,000 to 15,000 sq ft - offer modern office design space for lease or purchase, according to Wales Online.
City Link has already taken charge of 38,000 sq ft of the site, which it uses as a sorting depot for parcels and deliveries in the area.
Set in landscaped surroundings, the separate facilities have all received high BREEAM ratings.
Elsewhere in Wales, the Welsh Assembly government completed the topping out ceremony for its new head offices at Llandudno Junction recently.
Building work at the development is scheduled to be completed in spring next year, when council workers will move into new modern office design space.
Welsh Assembly first minister Rhodri Morgan noted: "Today's ceremony marks a major step in the construction of the building, which is progressing well and remains on time and on budget."
