Office interior tastes always changing, expert says

A shift is occurring in commercial property tastes in the capital of the UK, one specialist has claimed.
Chief executive of British Land Chris Grigg told the Daily Mail that the nature of office relocations in London are always varying and it is important for those in the industry to keep track of buyer tendencies.
"The sort of space office occupiers need is changing," he remarked. "What's critical is to understand trends as best we can and ensure that our real estate continues to be relevant."
His comments come just days after Mr Grigg was reported by Bloomberg as stating the city's West End will become a booming location for prime office space in the near future.
He added to these remarks in his interview with the Daily Mail, noting that this area of London could prove lucrative to investors willing to take the plunge.
There is likely to be a gradual, but steady improvement in office space rental and land values over the coming months, the specialist concluded.
