The availability of office interior space at i2 Office's newest London development has fallen below ten per cent just 90 days after its opening, it has been revealed.
Devonshire House in Marylebone has achieved more than 90 per cent tenancy with extremely high demand being witnessed for office interior space at the building.
"The fact that we have rapidly achieved such high occupancy rates at both of our new centres in a difficult market is a testament to the quality of our product," commented Philip Grace, chief executive officer of i2 Office.
It is situated in the £140 million Vizion MK development.
Elsewhere, mobile financial information provider CarryQuote has set up a new London office.
The company has taken on office interior space at Palladia Central Court in the Southampton Buildings and Michael Stennicke, chief executive officer of CarryQuote, noted that the importance of London as a business centre for the company should not be underestimated.
