Commercial property in the West End of London is booming in popularity, with more and more companies looking to invest in the area.
According to Bloomberg, interest for office interiors in this area of the capital could see stronger growth in the future, with several large industry players looking to invest.
British Land is one such organisation, with the firm's chief executive officer Chris Grigg telling the news provider it is refocusing its efforts to the West End.
He remarked: "If you look at the rental performance of the West End over the City, you see better long-term growth."
The enterprise is currently looking to invest £330 million for an office redevelopment on Baker Street, as well as expanding Regent's Place's commercial estate.
CB Richard Ellis recently announced it will be moving to the West End after its current lease at Kingsley House, Wimpole Street runs out, which is due to happen in 2011.
