Seven new tenants have taken on office interior space at Manchester's Three Piccadilly Place, it has been revealed.
Government organisations Teach First, Future Leaders and Teaching Leaders have moved to the premises, as well as software provider Rapid Addition, healthcare training company Healthimo, business consultancy The Corporate Planet and one other unnamed firm.
Helen Davies, business centre manager at the building, commented: "Three Piccadilly Place is fast becoming the location of choice for a wide range of companies, with particular appeal to government-funded bodies and those seeking a UK base."
She added that the property's BREEAM Excellent rating has made it a highly desirable north-west property for firms.
Elsewhere in the city, international real estate advisor Savills recently has signed a 15-year lease for office space at Belvedere.
The company has taken on 13,700 sq ft of grade A office interior space at the premises and will move from its present home at Fountain Court on April 21st this year.
