The Contact Company has purchased 30,000 sq ft of office interior space at the Queensgate building in Birkenhead.
As part of the purchase, the company plans to move 120 members of staff into the six-storey premises in the near future and will also be looking to recruit a further 250 workers.
Asif Hamid, chief executive of the firm, said: "The purchase of Queensgate will enable us to keep growing at pace whilst continuing to provide our clients with the best quality service available."
The firm paid £3.1 million for the office interior space at the building and plans to invest further in the infrastructure of the property by installing a new IT and telephone system at the premises.
Meanwhile, plans for the creation of millions of sq ft of office space as part of the £5.5 billion Liverpool Waters project were yesterday (October 4th) submitted for approval.
The development is one of the largest in the country and is the sister project to the £4.5 billion Wirral Waters scheme.
