An office building at Old Trafford in Manchester has undergone a £1.3 million refurbishment.
Warwick House - a six-storey property at the corner of Warwick Road and Talbot Road - has been refurbished and has benefited from a range of sustainable and aesthetic upgrades, including brick-faced elevations and powder-coated, double glazed windows.
Furthermore, the premises offers comfort cooling and LG3 lighting.
Conrad O'Neill, of Canning O'Neill - joint agents on the scheme with Edwards & Co - said: "The building has now been transformed to provide arguably the highest quality office accommodation in Old Trafford."
He added that the building offers flexible leasing terms and a "competitive level" of rental costs.
Elsewhere in the city, the Metroplex Business Park in Salford Quays has welcomed two new tenants - hair and beauty supplies company Aston & Fincher and Cameron Industrial Services.
Respectively, the pair signed ten-year and four-year leases for the property.
