Coatbridge College has announced plans to relocate its main campus - including the organisation's administrative staff - to Strathclyde Business Park.
The college has agreed to take on 35,000 sq ft of space at the site while the £25 million office refurbishment of the campus' administrative buildings are carried out.
More than 300 members of staff and 7,000 students are to work from the new site.
Principal and chief executive of Coatbridge College John Doyle told Property Executive: "The park management team have provided both the flexibility and the quality of accommodation we need for our staff and students to thrive and maximise their potential."
Elsewhere in Scotland, mechanical services company EnerMech has agreed a 15-year letting at Stewart Milne Developments' Aberdeen office park.
The company has moved into 19,000 sq ft of modern office interior space at the development, which is situated on Howes Road in Bucksburn.
