Office refurb for Leeds PBC development

Prospect Business Centres (PBC) has opened 5,000 sq ft of new modern office design space at its premises in Leeds.

Fountain House has had significant office refurbishment work carried out to accommodate the additional office interior space, with PBC investing more than £400,000 into office design features at the premises.

Charlie Cudworth, managing director at Prospect Business Centres, said: "Now a key sector for the Yorkshire office market, serviced offices assist businesses looking for an adaptable option from which to set up or expand their offering, without compromising on terms."

Elsewhere, Kier Facilities Services recently announced it has opened a new office interior at Trafford Park in Manchester.

The maintenance and facilities division of Kier Group stated the Trafford development would be the company's fifth regional office opening in the UK and hopes this expansion will help the firm create a foothold in the north-west.
