Newly-built Apollo House in Heworth Green, York is expected to take on its first tenants early next month.
The development is currently undergoing an office refurbishment by its owner Prospect Business Centres in preparation for an influx of new tenants in the coming weeks.
In total, the building can accommodate up to 200 individual workstations and will offer flexible lease terms for those interested in taking up residence.
Charlie Cudworth, from Prospect Business Centres, said: "It is a great business location and as many companies will be looking to adapt in the current market we felt this was the right time to launch a Prospect Business Centre in York."
Elsewhere in the region, Yorkshire-based Eterniti Steels has announced plans to relocate to Almondale's Europark Industrial Estate at Mossend near Bellshill in Lanarkshire, Scotland.
The company has taken on 30,000 sq ft of modern office interior space on a three-year lease at the site.
