The Olympic Park Legacy Company (OPLC) has called for proposals for the redevelopment of the Olympic Park site after the end of the 2012 Games.
The site will provide more than 650,000 sq ft office interior space for refurbishment at the Broadcast Centre and a further 320,000 sq ft at the Press Centre.
Chief executive of the OPLC Andrew Altman said: "As we did with the Olympic Stadium, we want to bring interested parties to the table and understand how their proposals can fit in with our vision to create an employment district."
He added that the redevelopment of these spaces is integral to the ongoing regeneration of the area that will continue to take place after the Games have ended.
Meanwhile, the Independent recently reported a new fund has been set up by Grosvenor to purchase run-down office stock in London and to carry out office refurbishment work in order to tap into the growing value of the office rental sector.
