A major office refurbishment programme in Loughborough has attracted people to the town's Old Magistrates' Court.
All six units of office space which have been created on the first floor of the building have already been filled.
Simon Jackson, Charnwood Borough Council's strategic director for corporate services, stated that he is "delighted" the office refurbishment has attracted companies to the town and extended a welcome to the new tenants.
"Woodgate Chambers not only provides a unique community hub in the heart of Loughborough but also preserves the courthouse which is a part of this borough's heritage," he was quoted as saying by inloughborough.com.
Shirley Rogers, the Workers' Education Association centre organiser, added that the office space already feels like home.
British Council of Offices chief executive Richard Kauntze recently suggested that increasing demand for office space in London could create jobs in interior design in the capital, with companies always interested in having a base in the city.
