A major office refurbishment programme is set to get underway in Nottingham.
Rodney House is to be transformed under the plans, which will see modifications made to the reception and entrance areas.
Helen Longstaffe, director of business space at DTZ in Nottingham, stated that the building is in a good location in the heart of the city centre and explained that the office refurbishment is to get underway soon.
"This will be a great opportunity to secure centrally located office space on flexible and highly competitive terms," she said.
Craig Straw, director at Innes England, stated that the office refurbishment has been carefully designed to make the most of the location of Rodney House.
He stated that the "enhanced" reception area will be useful for occupiers of the building, as well as any visitors.
Roger Bibbings, occupational safety adviser for the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents, recently stated that office design can be key to reducing the number of incidents that take place in a workplace.
