Learning Tree International (LTI) has completed its office relocation plans to new premises at Mole Business Park in Leatherhead, Surrey.
The management and IT training specialist has taken on 14,000 sq ft of new modern office design space at Unit 8 of the property and has signed a ten-year lease at £23 per sq ft per annum.
At the same time, 3,000 sq ft of grade A office space at the premises has been let to Sembcorp on a five-year lease, also for £23 per sq ft.
The deal was brokered by joint agents Hanover Green and King Sturge on behalf of the property's owner Hermes Real Estate Investment Management.
Meanwhile, a recent report by Cluttons revealed that there is a growing shortage of top-quality office space in the capital.
It found that the vacancy rate in London fell from 5.9 to 5.4 per cent in the first three months of 2011.
