BNP Paribas Real Estate has announced plans to move to new premises at 5 Aldermanbury Square in the City of London.

The firm announced the office relocation on Friday (March 5th) and will be moving into its new office space in the autumn.

In total, the company is taking on 35,000 sq ft office space at Aldermanbury Square. However, it is continuing to run its premises at 30 Charles II Street to administer to its holdings in the West End.

Mark England, chief executive officer of BNP Paribas Real Estate UK, said: "Our new office space has excellent client entertainment facilities with views across the City and the large floorplates are essential for our teams to work together."

BNP Paribas is a retail banking group and is ranked among the top six in the world, according to Standard & Poor.

The firm presently operates throughout 84 countries and employs approximately 201,000 people - with almost 160,000 staff based in Europe.
