Building contractor F Parkinson has carried out an office relocation project to new premises at Escrick Business Park in York.
The York Press reported the company will use the Escrick site as its new base for operations in Yorkshire and the north-east, as it has signed a lease for 2,600 sq ft of office interior space at the development.
Steve Jackson, regional director of F Parkinson, told the publication: "Escrick Business Park fits the bill perfectly. It's well designed with a good specification and build quality and it has excellent road links across the region, away from York's ring road congestion."
Elsewhere, Yorkshire Water recently announced plans for an office relocation of its own.
The company is looking to move into new, modern office design space in Livingstone House at Clarence Dock, Leeds. where the firm will move into the entire ground floor of the premises, which provides 55,000 sq ft of office interior space.
