Office space is to be provided rent-free to Evesham Citizens Advice Bureau.
The organisation has been relocated to the ground floor flat on Port Street after Rooftop Housing Group agreed to let the property for three years at no cost to the group.
Evesham Citizens Advice Bureau manager Ruth Davies stated that the body is "overwhelmed" by the generosity of the housing company regarding the office space.
"This new facility means we can continue to help local people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing free, independent and confidential advice in a comfortable, modern environment," she said.
John Stanley, chair of Evesham and Pershore Housing Association, which is a part of Rooftop Housing, added that he is delighted to be able to help by providing the office space.
The Citizens Advice Bureau claims to handle as many as seven million problems every year, as well as giving a voice to its clients.
