Two new tenants have moved in to Manchester's Margolis Building in the city's Northern Quarter.
Property developer Brookfinch has secured lettings of 736 sq ft for Local People CIC - a youth advisory service - and 1,227 sq ft for Tree Accounting.
The 19,000 sq ft modern office design development is situated on the corner of Turner Street and Kelvin Street and is a converted grade II listed property.
Andrew Johnson, surveyor at Knight Frank, the company which advised on both deals, said: "The offices can be purchased through a SIPP which provides tax savings and we have now disposed of 10,300 sq ft in nine separate units."
Elsewhere in the Northern Quarter, Argent Group recently announced that building work on the Hive office interior development is nearing completion.
The modern office design building has been awarded a BREEAM rating of Excellent and Argent is hoping to attract a number of businesses from Manchester's creative sector to occupy the development.
