A number of high-profile office relocations by local firms have seen a business centre in Blackburn fill up just eight months after it opened.
The Innovation Centre, in Shadsworth, Blackburn, is part of the larger Evolution Park, which cost a total of £25 million to create.
Tenants currently renting office interior space at the development include Blackburn and Darwen PCT, Blue Door Solutions and Circino Flight Systems.
Carl Allen, managing director of Alchemy Business Acceleration - another of the current residents at the site - said: "It provides friendly admin support, meeting facilities and serviced offices all built into the cost. I have already seen a saving of around £10,000 a year, which has made an impact on my profits.
Elsewhere in the region, the Lancashire Telegraph recently reported that the Arts, Culture and Enterprise centre in Pendle has undergone a major office refurbishment and is now looking to offer office interior space to local businesses.
The centre contains a total of 32 workspaces of varying sizes and is situated on Cross Street in the town centre.
