A business park in Warrington has appointed a marketing agent to help it secure new tenants.
Lingley Mere Business Park has hired property agents and surveyors GVA to work alongside Edwards & co, Manchester-based chartered surveyors.
Chris Cheap, Director at GVA, said: "Lingley Mere is one of the North West’s premier business parks, which has built up a strong track record for delivering first-class office product that’s set against the backdrop of an outstanding working environment."
The business park, which is owned by Muse Developments and United Utilities, has outline planning consent for distribution units, a hotel and a North office layout in an additional 400,000 square feet.
In 2006 construction started on the speculative scheme, which currently has accommodation for 3,500 staff. It is projected to be finished in 2012.
Furthermore, Orega Ltd's Manchester business centre at Piccadilly Place has taken on seven new clients, some of whom used the Hello Northwest initiative to be introduced.
