Evans Easyspace has opened a new office interior venture in Bolton.
Office industry portal Choregus has reported that the company has opened its Evans Business Centre on Manchester Road, which in total has the capacity to house just over 200 employees, alongside a number of storage and workshop areas.
Dr Brian Iddon, Bolton South East MP, praised the firm at the opening ceremony of the development, noting his delight that Evans has shown continued support for the district.
Tom Stokes, Evans Easyspace managing director, said: "We turned the old building into a shell and rebuilt it. Now it's effectively a new building."
Meanwhile, office interior letting agent DTZ recently reported that business in the region has remained strong despite the effects of the economic downturn.
The firm noted that in Liverpool in particular, a number of high-profile office developments have seen increased levels of interest, including 20 Chapel Street and St Paul's Square.
