Orbit Developments has announced two new tenants at its premises in Wilmslow.
JTK Automotive and Version One are each to move into the first floor of Pentland House, with the firms taking on more than 6,000 sq ft of modern office design space at the site.
Dean Richards, leasing and marketing surveyor at Orbit Developments, said: "These new deals are testament to the success of our Wilmslow portfolio."
Following this announcement, there are now just two ground floor suites available at the building.
Elsewhere in the region, Allied London recently announced plans to sell its office space at 3 Hardman Street in Spinningfields, Manchester.
The company is currently considering a bid of between £165 million and £185 million for the premises from European investment fund Aerium.
Among the tenants presently at 3 Hardman Street are Bank of New York Mellon, the General Medical Council, Pinsent Masons, Baker Tilly, BDO Stoy Hayward, Barclays and Shoosmiths.
