Serviced office provider Orega has announced plans to open its newest venture in Manchester at 3 Piccadilly Place.
The business has signed a deal for 17,000 sq ft of office interior space at the development and plans to run serviced office lettings totalling 12,600 sq ft on the 11th floor of the building.
In addition, the firm looks to use the remainder of the space to offer meeting and conference room facilities, as well as a main reception area on the ground floor.
Paul Finch, joint managing director of Orega, said: "3 Piccadilly Place is a highly distinctive and well-located office building for our new Orega business centre. It gives us a pivotal position in one of the UK's most important office locations."
Elsewhere in the city, CB Richard Ellis recently sold Trafford Park on behalf of Royal London Asset Management to Jolivet Investments.
In total, the park offers 125,000 sq ft of modern office design and warehousing space.
