North-west solicitor Paul Crowley & Co has announced it is to move three of its offices into premises adjacent to its present headquarters on Breck Road in Liverpool.
The company is moving 50 staff into the former HSBC building, while some workers will also be transferred to new office interior space on County Road.
Partner at the firm Paul Crowley said: "As the company continues to grow, our office space also needs to expand. Our new premises are open-plan, allowing all the staff to work together in a way that befits our clients' needs."
Mr Crowley has worked in the same building for almost the last 30 years, having formed his business in 1990 and worked nine years prior to that as partner with another firm based in the property.
Elsewhere in the city, Wates Construction recently announced the opening of a new office at Mount Pleasant in a move designed to increase deliverability of the Mount Pleasant Campus for Liverpool John Moore's University - a project valued at £19.5 million.
