A new office-led scheme in Holyhead, Wales has received planning consent from local officials and is to be developed by the Welsh Assembly.
The Parc Cybi development in Holyhead will incorporate 30,000 sq ft of modern office design space and up to 100,000 sq ft of additional industrial space over an area of 120 acres.
Conygar Investment Company (CIC) has invested £10 million into the project, which it hopes will create up to 450 new jobs once completed.
Robert Ware, chief executive of CIC, said "We are obviously pleased that planning consent has been granted for the development."
The site is being developed to help counter the effects of the closure of Wylfa Nuclear Power Station and the end of smelting at Anglesey Aluminium, according to the Welsh Assembly.
CIC was formed in 2003 and is a property trading and development group dealing primarily with sites in the UK.
