A new office development in Cricklewood that will see the delivery of four million square feet of office space has been given approval.
The Brent Cross Cricklewood Development Partners (BCCDP) has invested £964 million into the 20-year project, while the remainder of the funds have been put up by joint venture partners Hammerson and Standard Life Investments.
"A vital part of our work moving forward will be engagement with local people and the wider community to ensure that everyone is fully involved with and informed of our plans," commented Jonathan Joseph, for the BCCDP.
He added that now approval is in the bag, work on preparing the site and meeting section 106 guidelines will get underway.
Elsewhere in the capital, marketing communications firm Mindshare has agreed to take on 78,000 sq ft of office space at Central Saint Giles in the West End.
The building is owned by Legal & General Property and Mindshare will now move into office interior space on the seventh and eighth floors of the premises.
