Plans for 900,000 sq ft office construction to be submitted

New plans for the construction of up to 900,000 sq ft of office space in London have been sent for public consultation ahead of a full planning application that will be tendered later this year.
Ruskin Square in Croydon is being developed by Stanhope and Schroders as part of the local council's East Croydon Masterplan to help redevelop the area.
In addition to plans for the office interior space that are up for public consultation, the scheme also includes the construction of 550 residential properties.
A public exhibition of the plans is currently taking place on the 11th floor of AMP House on Dingwall Road and closes tomorrow (October 16th) at 12:00 BST.
Elsewhere, Woolley Grange in Maidenhead has received consent for an extension of plans until 2014.for the creation of an additional 110,000 sq ft of office space
Put forward by Scottish and Southern Energy, the development is set to get underway some time next year at the earliest.
