Cotton merchant Plexus Cotton has moved to new office space in Liverpool at 20 Chapel Street, it has been revealed.
The company is taking on 6,000 sq ft of office space at the new-build premises, Offices.org.uk reports.
In total, the development offers 155,000 sq ft of grade A office interior space and stands at 27 storeys - making it an eye-catching addition to the Liverpool skyline. It is located in the heart of the city's commercial district.
Other tenants that have signed leases at the building include Fujitsu, Ernst & Young and Liverpool FC.
Meanwhile, Liverpool Science Park recently welcomed its latest tenant to take on grade A office interior space at the site, Spark Impact.
The company is set to take on office interior space at the development's Innovation Centre 1, located off Mount Pleasant, as it looks to benefit from grants of up to £25 million for biomedical businesses in the north-west over the coming months.
