The sale of office interior space at Portis Fields Business Park in Portishead has been announced.
Unit 6 at the site - which contains 2,250 sq ft of office interiors - has been sold to an unnamed firm, leaving just one unit now available for future purchase.
As a result, Unit 5 at the property is the last remaining building to be sold - offering 5,250 sq ft of office space and presently being marketed by agents Lambert Smith Hampton and DTZ.
Romy Silvers, of the scheme's developer Gladman, said: "We are delighted that this scheme along with our wider portfolio can act as a catalyst for economic activity within the towns in which we develop."
Elsewhere, Free Office Search recently reported Harbour Court in Portsmouth has been purchased by RT Warren Investments for £4.26 million.
Long-term tenant solicitor Blake Lapthorn still has another ten years to run on its lease of the property, but its owner was keen to cash in and make a tidy profit.
