Harbour Court in Portsmouth has been purchased by RT Warren Investments for £4.26 million.
The property contains 22,522 sq ft of grade A office interior space and was built specifically for solicitor Blake Lapthorn in 1995, Free Office Search reports.
Blake presently has another ten years remaining on its lease for the offices at £349,575 per annum.
However, its former owner Axa Wealth Management felt now was the right time to cash in on the property and decided to accept the offer by RT Warren as a result.
Elsewhere, the Birmingham Post recently reported that One Victoria Square in the city centre has been sold for £17.5 million to Salmon Harvester Opportunity Fund on behalf of Serviced Offices UK.
James Bladon, associate director in DTZ's investment team - who acted as agents for the deal - said: "This was an exceptional opportunity to secure the freehold interest in a prominent building in the heart of Birmingham's central business district."
