Kembrey Business Park in Swindon accounted for 40 per cent of all lettings in the area last year, it has been revealed.
Eight transactions took place at property in 2010, totalling 70,000 sq ft of grade A office interior space, according to figures compiled by Kenningtons Property Direct.
"We are now looking to build on last year's achievements and with more than 7,000 sq ft of space already under offer since the beginning of the year, we are optimistic about another strong performance in 2011," commented Jeremy Sutton of Keningtons.
Elsewhere, Unit 6 at Portis Fields Business Park in Portishead was recently sold.
The office interior building provided 2,250 sq ft of grade A space for the unnamed purchaser, with Unit 5 at the property now the last remaining building to be sold - offering 5,250 sq ft of office space and presently being marketed by agents Lambert Smith Hampton and DTZ.
