International real estate advisor Savills has announced the opening of a new Liverpool office at the Princes Dock development.
The firm has moved into 2,330 sq ft of grade A office interior space on the eighth floor of the property and the move marks the completion of its expansion plans in the north-west region for the time being.
In total, the company now has 130 members of staff based in the north-west at offices in Liverpool and Manchester.
Kieran Rainsford, director of Savills' public sector team, said: "The move to Princes Dock marks an expansion for Savills in Liverpool as we grow our team to allow for the increasing workload we are winning through our public sector business."
Elsewhere in the city, renewable energy technology developer and supplier Enfinity recently announced it has opened up new office space at The Plaza in St Paul's Square.
The company has expanded its office requirements at the site, taking on an additional six workstations, having originally taken out office space at the premises in June 2010.
