Production firm to move to new Glasgow office

A prominent British TV production company has announced its decision to move into a new and modern office design in Scotland.

It is currently anticipated that Shed Media will be up and running at its new office layout in Glasgow in six months' time and a number of groups with an interest in Scottish TV have welcomed the company's plans, the Sunday Herald reports.

The Scottish Broadcasting Commission, which was established last year to assess how the media production industry north of the border is progressing, described the office interiors new inhabitants will provide a "big boost" to the sector.

Linda Fabiani, Holyrood minister for culture, commented: "I am delighted that Shed Media has decided to open a new office in Scotland, drawing on our top talent, creative minds and technical expertise."
