Property firm prepares for Exeter office relocation

NPS Property Services is preparing to move to its new offices in Capital Court, Sowton, according to reports.The £12 million development will see an office layout that totals 58,000 sq ft, with completion of the main building scheduled between for June.
A further three buildings featuring equally modern office design are to be opened in stages through to September this year, the largest enclosing 12,000 sq ft of office space.
Steve Daw, managing director of NPS, said: "The new premises will provide a first-class working environment for our staff and clients, excellent transport links and room for expansion, given we are currently seeking to recruit additional staff to meet our increasing workload," according to thisisexeter.co.uk.
In related news, Torbay council has announced plans for a new £35 million business park on the outskirts of Torquay.
The project was given the go ahead as the council feels the development will help secure jobs in the area.
